I’ve been practicing Liberating Structures(LS) since 2019. “If you want to understand a system, you have to change it. If you want to change a system, enable it to sense itself.” LS are tools for shared thinking that results in development. The contexts of my practice are in the development of personal leadership, Agile Products and Organizational Transformation. LS are effective bot practically (to get things done) and liminially (to reflect and transform). I use them to host the Change Hackers meetup group, Think Slow Dojo(liminal) and Wise Crowds LS Design Call(practical).
